Richard and I learned an important lesson this week. Thought I'd share it with you. The lesson is this... Never give your subjects peppermint horse treats while wearing a camera around your neck. Ricardo was wearing the second Olympus, shooting alongside me. We finished up photographing Sgt Spurling and Charger and Ricardo decided to give Charger a treat. He snarfed it up and flung a big splotch of spit onto the lens of the camera, only problem being Richard didn't notice. :-) So the rest of the shoot, (S.Sgt Magill and P.C. Heughan) ended up with a large smear in the center of every single frame. :-(
