This is my dad, Peter. He has end-stage Alzheimer's and is in a nursing home now. He was a professional photographer here in Toronto for most of his life. It's sad to see him like this now. That's my mom Theresa with him in the photo, struggling to cope with it all. Alzheimer's has robbed them both of the years they've earned to relax and enjoy life. It's a horrible disease.
