Bicycled down to the Hot and Spicy Festival at Harbourfront on the weekend. For some reason all the trees were wrapped in red cloth with green pockets. No idea why. Were they supposed to look like giant hot peppers? Do hot peppers have green pockets? Only in Toronto.
